Civic
Inheritance is worth little if it stops at the reading. This is the half you can act on this week.
- Who represents youYour county, your congressional district, and who holds your three seats, from the Census Bureau and the House and Senate themselves.Free, no account. The address resolves a district and is then gone.

- Bill trackingThe bills your three seats put their names to, with the date each of them did it, refreshed daily.Membership
Who represents you, and where your county meets, are public facts. A paywall in front of a public fact reads as a toll booth on a public road, so those parts of this page are free and need no account. Following the bills your seats put their names to, on your behalf, while you are not looking, is a service rather than a fact, and it is what membership pays for.
The reason this section exists is the argument the library makes. The covenant documents are people governing themselves where they stood, in writing, because nobody else was going to do it for them. The republic is local before it is anything else, and it was local first.
A local meeting calendar is not being built at all. It cannot be kept true without someone watching it daily, and a calendar that is quietly wrong is worse than none.
